At Baseball Official Online Shop, we want to ensure you have the right gear for the game, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all unworn equipment and apparel. Items must be in their original packaging with all tags attached to qualify for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Your Gear
Securely place the unused items back into their original shipping box or a similar protective container, ensuring all original labels and protective plastics are included.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery barcodes.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
